RecruitTalent is extremely aware of the need for behaving in a socially responsible manner.

This is not simply from a moral and ethical standpoint, but also the beneficial attributes it brings to the organisation, with the overarching goal being to contribute to sustainable development.

We also recognise that a key cornerstone of Corporate and Social Responsibility is compliance with legally binding obligations, but more importantly recognise that non-legally binding obligations that revolve around ethical and moral initiatives are equally important, this is therefore reflected in our approach.
